How Do I Track My Order?
To track your order, log in to your Curvmart account, go to “My Orders,” and select the item you want to track. You’ll see the current delivery status — from “Order Confirmed” to “Out for Delivery.”
How Can I Return a Product?
To start a return, simply log in to your Curvmart account → go to “My Orders” → select the item you want to return → and click “Request Return.”
Follow the on-screen instructions to schedule a pickup or drop-off at your nearest Curvmart return center.
